By accessing this website or enrolling in any Alpha LearnX program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed on receipt of full course fees. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Learner Conduct
You agree not to share course content, recordings or private community access with third parties. Violation may result in termination without refund.
3. Intellectual Property
All content — videos, slides, prompts, code, templates and community discussions — is the intellectual property of Alpha LearnX and its instructors.
4. Certificates
Certificates are issued only on successful completion of the capstone project and required attendance criteria.
5. Modification
We may update session schedules, instructors or content to keep the curriculum current. Notice will be provided wherever practical.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alpha LearnX is an educational platform. Career outcomes depend on individual effort and market conditions; we make no guarantee of employment or income.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
